Not user friendly

Every 2 months I need to give a blood test for my consultant rheumatology group however , the appointment book doesn't go that far in advance,so I have to wait on hold most times to get through to the reception. Now after having a hearing test,I have been told I need hearing aids,but I have to wait a month to get an appointment to get a referral from my GP.I am near 73 but I will be over 73 by the time I can hear better.

Physio missed my serious back fractures

Injured my spine and was informed of a 3-week wait, but met with a physiotherapist who provided a generic exercise plan. When I expressed doubts about performing the exercises, she insisted I try. Subsequently, I consulted a chiropractor who highlighted the need for an x-ray referral. The scan exposed multiple fractures. I'm so frustrated that I'd rate zero stars if possible, but must give one star to submit the review. Additionally, they discontinued B12 injections without explanation, merely suggesting I purchase supplements from a health store. What's the point of paying National Insurance if I'm constantly directed to private healthcare?

The personnel were extremely courteous, and Dr. Cleary proved to be an outstanding physician - incredibly supportive and attentive. During my Improved Access appointment, we thoroughly reviewed my medical care, which involves several healthcare facilities. Despite being a new doctor to me, he seemed genuinely invested in my case and took ample time to discuss my concerns, unlike the typically hurried interactions I've experienced elsewhere.

Doctors dismissed my serious health concerns

I'm confident they'd be adequate for routine cases, but if you're truly unwell or misdiagnosed, beware. They prescribed medication that landed me in the emergency room. It turned out I had a critical medical condition needing urgent surgery, which I had to seek elsewhere since the physicians showed zero concern or willingness to assist. I was dismissively brushed aside and my symptoms were completely disregarded.
