The clinician demonstrated a pleasant demeanor and professional approach throughout the consultation. I have no complaints about the quality of care provided. It's worth acknowledging that healthcare professionals and medical practices face considerable pressures, so it's important to treat them with courtesy and understanding as well.

I've been able to secure appointments at times that suit my schedule, including early morning and evening slots, and have had multiple consultations and follow-up reviews conducted remotely.

Having recently completed a course of specialist treatment, I was transferred back to the practice for continued care and support. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional level of care I received. The clinician made contact at the outset to encourage me to reach out should I require any assistance throughout my treatment journey, and subsequently made a proactive telephone call following routine test results to provide helpful guidance and signpost me to relevant online resources. It would be beneficial if all practitioners could demonstrate such a conscientious and patient-focused approach to their work.
