Absolutely terrible healthcare service nightmare

It's absolutely ridiculous. I log in precisely at 8am to submit an E-consult, only to be greeted with a message stating that the practice isn't currently accepting online appointments. I repeatedly attempt to book until 8:30am when they officially open, then phone in, only to be stuck listening to an automated message claiming they're not taking calls at the moment. As a healthcare professional myself, I'm baffled - what's the purpose of running a practice if you can't even offer basic service!! When I finally get through at 8:49, I'm informed that I'm the 16th caller in the queue!!!??
