AI receptionist kept me going in circles

Recently had my initial experience with the AI receptionist system at the practice in Driffield and found it quite frustrating. I decided to try it out, but when my query proved to be more complex, the interaction became repetitive and unhelpful. I repeatedly requested to speak with a member of staff, but this request seemed difficult to action through the system. I find this approach concerning and intend to formally lodge a complaint with the practice management. Ironically, I've discovered that submitting feedback requires a written submission, as it cannot be done through the same AI system or the practice's digital platform.
