Allergic Reaction After Phone Consultation Nightmare

Night shifts called early morning at 8am for an appointment, asked me to send pictures which I refused. Reception stated a doctor would contact me, and he did, but I wanted an in-person consultation. Instead, he diagnosed me over the phone. I collected the prescribed medicine from the chemist, but then experienced a severe allergic reaction that caused my face to swell dramatically. The reception staff display poor attitude and rarely answer phone calls, and some of the doctors seem arrogant. This surgery was featured on Look North and T&A for its substandard service.
