This surgery is truly a blessing. I honestly cannot imagine what my family would do without them, having been patients since their Harwood close location. They have consistently been exceptional in every way. The physicians are top-tier, with the lead partner being incredibly humble, patient, and compassionate, going above and beyond, as do all the doctors here. Our daughter was born with a heart condition, and we received unwavering support throughout the entire journey, ultimately receiving the best possible care and treatment thanks to the dedication of the doctors and nurse practitioner. They are always welcoming, and no request is too challenging. Prescriptions are processed perfectly, never delayed, and there's always a friendly voice on the phone, which is an added bonus! Today, we had to rush our daughter during one of her frequent breathing episodes, and she remains unafraid of medical professionals due to how wonderfully they interact with her, especially our primary doctor, who is truly remarkable. We were discharged from the hospital within hours, thanks to his rapid response and immediate ward admission. I must emphasize that all nurses are extraordinary - supportive, kind, and genuinely caring. Surprisingly, even the receptionists are incredibly pleasant - they are patient, friendly, and always willing to help. This reflects the surgery's overall approach, where everyone works seamlessly as a team and appears genuinely content in their roles. During my most anxious and emotional moments, they have consistently provided compassionate support without ever making me feel rushed or burdensome. Throughout the pandemic, I was always offered face-to-face consultations when medically necessary, unlike many other practices that compromised patient care. I sincerely hope people recognize how hard this surgery works. My family feels incredibly fortunate and blessed to be their patients. While I don't typically write reviews, I feel compelled to ensure the staff understands how deeply appreciated they are!
