Blackfriars has been incredibly supportive in my journey to obtaining an Autism diagnosis and ensuring my comfort while using their services. I want to express my gratitude to Emma, who was crucial in helping me get referred. She genuinely listened to my concerns, validated my feelings, and my suspicion of being autistic, ultimately leading to my diagnosis. During our mental health check-ins, she continued to be attentive and understanding. Dr Asaf has also been tremendously supportive. Our regular mental health catch-ups have been essential for my well-being. He creates a welcoming environment during appointments, making me feel at ease and never judged for my challenges. He understands my autism-related needs and accommodates me by allowing early appointments during quieter times, which helps reduce potential stress and delays. The reception staff and app responses have been equally helpful. I appreciate being able to message them with questions and concerns, gaining the clarity I need. The MyGP appointment system has been a game-changer for me, enabling me to access healthcare support that I might otherwise have struggled to arrange. Thank you
