Anima system failed me with serious allergy concerns

I completely support and appreciate the medical practice's transition from traditional phone and in-person appointment scheduling to the online Anima system. However, I am currently experiencing a serious allergic condition that is significantly impacting both my personal and professional life. When I attempted to book an appointment through Anima and uploaded images of my swollen body part, I received a dismissive response suggesting no further action was necessary. I continue to suffer from this health issue. I visited a pharmacy seeking antiallergic medication, but was informed I require a GP prescription. I am left uncertain whether I should wait until my condition deteriorates or if I will receive an appointment or prescription from my doctor - only time will tell.
