Anxiety diagnosis destroyed my trust in healthcare system

Living with anxiety since childhood, my diagnosis has been nothing short of a nightmare for my well-being. It seems every single medical encounter somehow circles back to my anxiety. The frustration is overwhelming, forcing me to explicitly note "unrelated to anxiety" on referral forms. It's clear the staff don't realize patients can access their own medical records. My persistent respiratory problems are dismissively noted as "advised to hydrate" - bizarrely, I was never even given such guidance. Even more concerning, my heart rate was documented as significantly lower than my actual measurement, which was elevated due to legitimate anger, not anxiety. Small details have been manipulated to minimize the validity of my concerns. The entire experience is profoundly degrading.
