App switch left me unable to book appointments

I previously used a GP app, but after changing my phone, I was directed to use a different app instead, which has proven quite restrictive in terms of functionality. I'm unable to book appointments or access the features I need. When I contacted reception to inquire about my original app no longer working, the response was simply that it's no longer available. I found this explanation rather unhelpful.
