On three separate occasions I was denied a doctors appointment by the hostile receptionists. First time, I had to ring 111 who sent an ambulance fearing I was about to have a heart attack. Second, a receptionist told me after supplying a urine sample there was nothing wrong with me when it was an initial test for cancer. Third, again cancer, had to go to a chemist’s who wrote to them stating I needed to been seen by a doctor, only for them to offer me an appointment with a nurse who was completely clueless. On complaining to the ICB, the practice manager lied through her teeth. Even claimed one of the people involved didn’t work there any more! Disgraceful behaviour.
