Absolutely abysmal healthcare service. My mother, recently returned from overseas, was inexplicably denied her routine asthma medication (Symbicort), which is typically readily available in the UK. Multiple pharmacists were equally baffled by this inexplicable refusal, suggesting it might be a cynical cost-cutting measure. When she was running critically low on her essential medicine, a cold, unhelpful staff member emerged from behind the counter with all the compassion of a concrete block, informing her that no one would assist her for almost a week due to staff absence. This callous treatment deeply distressed my mother, ultimately compelling us to transfer her medical care elsewhere. This clinic is a prime example of healthcare professionals who are monumentally unsuited to their roles - steer clear of this heartless establishment at all costs.
