Appointment booking process left me upset

The reception team's manner has been disappointing throughout my time as a patient here. Each time I've called to arrange an appointment, I've found the experience quite upsetting and frustrating. The availability seems limited to same-day urgent slots, and there appears to be reluctance to book appointments even when a healthcare professional has requested a prompt review. I've felt the interactions lack warmth and understanding of my situation.
