Appointment booking system confusing and frustrating

I was very disappointed with my recent appointment. I felt uncomfortable that a receptionist was present during my consultation, as they do not have medical training. The clinician I saw seemed unfamiliar with my case and did not clearly explain what the issue was. I was also asked whether the practice could use AI technology to generate appointment notes, which concerned me about how the practice is being run. I have also noticed changes to how appointments are booked - the practice no longer asks patients to call at a specific time, and instead uses an online booking system via text link, which raises questions about data privacy. Additionally, I found it frustrating that the practice appears to have a policy of addressing only one health concern per appointment, even when multiple issues could reasonably be discussed together. I have been a patient here for over two decades and feel the service has declined significantly. These changes feel poorly managed and I am disappointed with the direction the practice is taking.
