Appointment booking system sends you round in circles

I have experienced significant frustration with the appointment system at this practice. When attempting to book appointments, I have been directed to call back at different times, and when offered online options, these have not been accessible or functional. I have been waiting for an extended period without resolution. When visiting in person, I have been told that appointments must be conducted by telephone instead. I find it difficult to understand how certain health concerns can be adequately assessed through phone consultations alone. I am disappointed with the overall coordination and responsiveness of the service, particularly given the investment in the NHS through taxation. I feel that the current system is not providing the level of support and care that patients deserve.
