The appointment allocation system is limited, with slots assigned rather than selected, and further contact is needed if the allocated time is inconvenient or if a preference for a particular clinician is required. The practice appears to have declined from its previous standard, which is disappointing given its former reputation. The current service level is considered inadequate.
