Appointment cancelled without any notification

I had booked an appointment several weeks in advance for an early morning slot, which was stated to be the only available time. When the appointment day arrived, I received no contact from the practice, and the appointment was removed from the official app without any notification. The practice does not accept in-person visits or remote consultations through email, chat, or text messaging—the only option is to call to arrange a telephone consultation with the GP. This process left me feeling very let down by the service.
