Appointment changes and no phone access available

The service was disappointing. Obtaining a telephone appointment proved difficult. When requesting an appointment through the online system, there was a significant delay of two days before one was offered. Subsequently, the practice called to inform me that the clinician was unavailable due to an emergency visit, requiring me to reschedule for a later date. Attempts to arrange a telephone consultation instead were unsuccessful. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience.
