Appointment scheduling let me down badly

Disappointing, I recently had a frustrating experience with how my appointment was managed. When I discussed my availability and suggested alternative times, there appeared to be confusion about what was agreed. I was subsequently told I had missed my appointment despite confirming the time on the day it was scheduled, which did not match my understanding. The calls I received came from withheld numbers, preventing me from being able to call back to resolve the misunderstanding. Additionally, I found the manner in which I was treated by the reception team to be unhelpful and lacking in courtesy, which made the situation more difficult to resolve.
