Securing an appointment feels like navigating a nightmarish bureaucratic maze. The receptionist essentially admitted that their convoluted scheduling process intentionally limits patient access, claiming a more straightforward method would overwhelm their capacity. So they deliberately complicate booking to restrict appointments? This is especially absurd given that the doctor, following a phone consultation, had specifically instructed me to schedule a follow-up. Utterly exasperated, I ultimately resorted to paying for a private general practitioner consultation - which suggests the surgery's approach somehow achieves its intended outcome?
