Appointment system changes left me stranded

I attended the practice to arrange an appointment. Despite there being minimal other patients present, I was informed that no appointments were available until several days later. I was not made aware in advance that the appointment booking system had been changed. I was concerned about being asked to travel a significant distance while managing a mobility issue and a respiratory infection. When I raised my concerns, I subsequently received correspondence regarding my conduct during the interaction. I felt that expressing frustration about the situation was not well received by the staff. During a follow-up visit, I became upset and made a scene at the reception desk, which I now regret. I understand that another patient also had a negative experience at this practice and felt their comments were misunderstood, leading them to seek care elsewhere. Overall, I found the practice unhelpful and felt that the standard of care did not meet my expectations. I believe the hospital that provided my treatment nearby offered a notably better service. I would recommend considering alternative options for your healthcare needs.
