Appointment system leaves patients struggling to get seen

It has become very difficult to secure an appointment at this practice. I have not managed to see a clinician for approximately two to three years. When I contacted the surgery recently to discuss a health concern, rather than being presented with alternative solutions as should be standard practice, I was simply instructed to ring at 8:30 am daily in hopes of obtaining an appointment. The practice only schedules appointments up to two weeks ahead, which feels inadequate. I am experiencing discomfort and anxiety about my health, yet when I communicated these worries, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or treated with appropriate care.
