Appointment waits got worse after takeover

The practice was previously satisfactory, but has declined in recent times. Obtaining an appointment has become increasingly difficult with lengthy waiting periods. I was not proactively informed of test results and had to follow up myself to receive this information. There is inconsistency in seeing the same healthcare professional, and the practice appears to favour remote consultations over in-person visits. Overall, the service feels less attentive to patient needs and preferences.
