There is something wrong with their phone booking system. It seems it's deliberately set to say it's full between 8a.m to 8:15a.m and after that you will be lucky to get through and if you do you will be in position 40, as you are around 10th position, the phone disconnects and the fact that it happens alot, l would assume that its also deliberate. Alot of these issues have been raised alot of times by patients but the management has not shown any improvement. It goes long way to show their attitude. It's high time that there is a change in the system.
