Appointments consistently run late without notice

Appointments consistently run behind schedule and I have never been seen at the appointed time. I attended regarding a musculoskeletal concern following an accident. I was prescribed medication and a diagnostic scan was arranged. However, later that same day the medication was changed by another clinician. After waiting more than three weeks for the scan appointment, I contacted the surgery to follow up, only to discover the scan had been cancelled by a different doctor and was never actually booked. The surgery did not inform me of this change. It appears to me that there may be communication issues between clinicians at this practice. The overall service has been disappointing. I am aware that other patients have also raised concerns about this practice. I would suggest considering alternative options if possible.

Good evening NJ. I'm sorry to read of your ordeal at the Surgery. If you'd like to give the Practice Manager a call then he can certainly listen to your concerns, discuss the matter further with you and try and resolve any issues that you may still have.
