Appointments hard to get, but service has improved since

I struggled to secure an appointment during my initial visits. When I called early in the morning on multiple occasions, I was informed that available slots had already been allocated, and I was directed to seek emergency care if needed. This left me questioning the accessibility of the practice. I found my interactions with reception staff to be unhelpful and lacking in understanding of patient needs. The overall operation of the surgery felt disorganised at that time. However, following up several years later, I'm pleased to report a significant turnaround. The practice has made considerable improvements, particularly with their online booking system, which functions well. The service has noticeably enhanced. I'm grateful for these positive changes and would like to acknowledge the clinical staff member I've worked with, who has demonstrated genuine commitment and expertise in their approach to patient care.
