Arrogant gp dodged real medical care

The surgical practice's management and administrative operations are shockingly subpar, made even worse by the unprofessional conduct of certain general practitioners. A recent encounter with one GP revealed an arrogant and impatient demeanor, clearly more focused on self-preservation through misleading medical file documentation than patient care. It was evident they hadn't thoroughly reviewed my medical history, potentially compromising future treatment. The surgery's apparent priorities seem to be: a) defensive self-protection, b) exclusively phone consultations, c) rapid patient referral to avoid responsibility, and d) patient blame. Traditional values of patient welfare and genuine care appear to have been dramatically deprioritized. This decline might be attributed to NHS funding constraints and organizational chaos. Where GPs once embodied professional integrity, the current culture seems centered on protecting comfortable positions, mechanically triaging patients, accepting resource limitations, and deflecting accountability. While acknowledging this doesn't universally apply, it represents a concerning trend in contemporary general practice. The erosion of patient-centered care is palpable, with professional standards seemingly sacrificed to bureaucratic expediency.
