Ashraf Zaman's Rude and Dismissive Approach

My encounter with this medical practice was utterly disheartening, primarily because of Ashraf Zaman. During our morning phone conversation, he repeatedly interrupted me, displaying extreme impatience and discourtesy, which was particularly inappropriate given the sensitive nature of a mental health discussion. It was evident that he lacks basic empathy and demonstrates minimal concern for his patients. He consistently scheduled appointments only to inform me that the medication was unlicensed, effectively wasting both our time. When I raised this issue, he dismissively stated this was his approach, exhibiting complete indifference and an obstinate attitude toward patient care. Moreover, I had been enduring a condition for nearly a year. His response was a callous "it is what it is," suggesting no further options existed, leaving me in significant distress. In contrast, my partner consulted their GP and quickly received compassionate, effective treatment. Additionally, a young female staff member gave me a judgmental look when I requested an x-ray for a prolonged, painful cough to rule out serious complications, which further highlighted the clinic's toxic environment and pervasive attitude of condemnation. The previous reviews of this GP practice bear no resemblance to my experience, potentially indicating recent staff changes. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against seeking treatment here.
