Awful customer service at local medical practice

I called to schedule a medical consultation after transferring from another NHS practice, seeking a prescription refill and doctor's appointment. (Apparently, seeing a physician is only possible in three months if I'm lucky!) Throughout the conversation, the receptionist continuously interrupted me, rushed through the interaction, and showed no interest in listening to my concerns. I felt like I was fighting just to complete a single sentence. To my surprise, I learned that booking a doctor's appointment requires navigating their website and hoping to secure a slot, as the receptionist warned that available times would be gone by midday and there's a three-week waiting period. She repeatedly directed me to the website, implying I couldn't comprehend her instructions. I deeply regret joining this practice, as I was left feeling humiliated, talked down to, and completely dismissed.
