Awful customer service at medical reception desk

The receptionist's attitude towards me today was undeniably discourteous and condescending. What happened to empathy — particularly in a healthcare environment, where staff are supposed to be the initial point of contact for patients? I was ridiculed for my lack of knowledge about "Anima" and then misguided into believing I would receive a password reset text. Instead, I got an "Account Created" notification, which implies I never had an existing account. This is infuriating and erodes confidence in the system. It's truly disappointing that the surgery is transitioning to automated booking methods — though, based on today's interaction, those might actually prove more accommodating than engaging with the current front desk personnel.
