Awful customer service that wasted my precious time

I spent nearly 90 minutes on hold, finally connecting with a representative, only to have them unexpectedly terminate the call mid-conversation before I could complete my inquiry. At that moment, I had been talking for approximately one minute, so my request wasn't excessively time-consuming. The entire experience was incredibly demoralizing.
