Awful service

Several request received from the surgery to book an appontment for my wife to talk to the pharmacist for a medication review. It took 3 months of multiple tries to get one, then a complaint to the practice manager. The appointmebt was given in a text message with no choice. The manager didnt even try to talk to me. Today the phone appointment was received and the pharmacist had no idea why he was phoning, he made no prior look to familiarise himself with my wifes complex medical history and at first wouldnt talk to me as her medical power of attorney: she amongst other things has had a strike and doesnt undesrstand her medication or even know what she takes. If shes asked, her rezponse is always I'm very well thank you" which is not true. I asked him about getting an appointment with all the problems and having to complain, he somply wiuld not listen saying its not his problem. I adked him to pass on my concerns, he refused.
