Awful service and parking nightmare at clinic

The front desk staff are incredibly unhelpful and inefficient. I was forced to stand around for nearly a quarter of an hour while attempting to check in for my appointment, struggling with the self-service kiosk since I was unfamiliar with the system. After patiently waiting in line, I was abruptly informed that I had supposedly missed my scheduled time, despite arriving well in advance and being delayed by their own sluggish check-in process. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the parking situation is absolutely deplorable - finding a spot on the surrounding streets is practically impossible!
