Azim Saved the Day After Staff Dropped the Ball

The service quality was subpar from the start. The receptionist claimed she would submit a medication replacement request for my daughter at 10am, but failed to do so, causing us significant distress. By 4pm, I discovered that no request had been made or even documented. Kudos to Azim for swiftly resolving the issue. Without Azim's professionalism, my daughter could have experienced serious consequences due to staff incompetence. I regret not obtaining the original staff member's name, as I would have pursued a formal complaint. Once more, I extend my gratitude to Azim.
