Better Booking, But Still Frustrating

Two years after my initial review, the appointment system has seen some improvements. While wait times remain lengthy, you can now call early in the morning to potentially secure a slot. Additionally, patients can request doctor callbacks and even engage in online consultations. The physicians themselves are quite competent. I've upgraded my rating from one to four stars. However, significant issues persist. Emergency appointments remain impossible to obtain, and doctors frequently ignore callback requests. The receptionists are particularly problematic, routinely interrupting patients and attempting to diagnose medical conditions despite lacking medical qualifications. Appointment scheduling is frustratingly inconsistent - doctors consistently run 40 minutes behind, yet patients are strictly penalized for arriving even a minute late, forcing them to reschedule. During interactions, receptionists continually talk over patients and interrupt their explanations. Ultimately, I deeply regret joining this practice and am currently in the process of transferring to another medical surgery.
