Blocked prescription left me without meds

These folks are stuck in prehistoric times when it comes to communication. Absolutely zero interaction. I've been on ongoing medication for ten years. Rather than reaching out via message or phone, they deliberately halt your prescription, forcing you to contact them. I rely on diabetes and cholesterol medications. They could easily have sent a notification or made a courtesy call! Their level of incompetence is astounding. This is the second time they've pulled this stunt. Previously, when I followed up, the pharmacy manager processed my prescription. Right now, I'm without any medication and have no understanding why they're refusing to issue it. And it's the weekend, so the medical office is shut. What an utterly useless group! Hey, ever heard of modern communication methods like calls, texts, or emails? Definitely deserving of zero stars!
