Booked translator never arrives when needed

Every time I attend appointments requesting a language interpreter, despite booking one in advance, one is not provided. This makes it very difficult for me to comprehend what is being communicated to me. I have not consistently seen the same clinician throughout my care. In my view, the standard of care I have received appears inadequate. There have been no diagnostic tests arranged, and following today's appointment, I feel disappointed. I attended with discomfort during urination. A test was performed at the clinic, with results indicating no infection is present. I was unable to convey my history of previous kidney-related issues, though the focus seemed to be solely on the infection test result being negative, which was then considered sufficient resolution.
