Booking a nightmare at this practice

If you're seeking a medical consultation, prescription refill, or mental health support, be prepared to schedule at least a month ahead - and even then, your chances are slim. Their communication is abysmal; phone calls go unanswered, and messages are rarely returned. Prescription completeness is a constant issue, with half the medication often missing. This has been ongoing for over a year, so it's not pandemic-related. The practice is incredibly frustrating. Even when you manage to visit in person, your odds of seeing an actual doctor are roughly one in ten. More often than not, you'll be directed to a practitioner (essentially a nurse) who, admittedly, might be more competent than the doctors on staff.
