Booking an appointment feels like chaos

I've been seeing the doctors at Lee House Surgery for nearly two decades, and while the staff are genuinely caring, their appointment scheduling system is incredibly unpredictable. Attempting to book an appointment feels like navigating a maze—I've spent three exhausting days trying, only to receive contradictory instructions each time. Initially, I was directed to call at 8 AM, then told to wait until after 11 AM, and later advised to contact after 1 PM. Despite following each instruction, I remained without an appointment. When I finally secure a consultation, it often feels hurried. I've undergone three sets of blood tests, and each time a different physician reviews the results, they reference previous medical details that were never previously discussed. This lack of seamless communication is genuinely worrying. Historically, I only needed basic check-ups, but now that I require more comprehensive care, it's disheartening to struggle just to connect with a healthcare professional. Dr. Louw stands out as an exception, having personally followed up on my case and even taking the initiative to schedule appointments herself—an approach I deeply value. Regrettably, beyond Dr. Louw's exceptional efforts, Lee House Surgery continues to operate with a rigid and inconsistent communication approach, transforming an already challenging medical experience into an even more frustrating ordeal.
