Booking appointment took over an hour on phone

Goodness, over an hour and twenty minutes simply to arrange an appointment… is that really necessary? I was at the front of the queue from the beginning! I'm still waiting on the line — this feels quite unreasonable. I'm heading to the practice now to check whether the reception staff are managing their responsibilities properly. I'll maintain the call and observe what unfolds — I'm genuinely interested to see how this develops — because things are becoming rather intriguing at this point!
