Booking delays and long waits left me frustrated

I have experienced both positive and negative aspects since becoming a patient here. The practice has attempted to reach me for a routine review, and while I acknowledge my delayed responses due to work and caring responsibilities, I have made several attempts to arrange this appointment once my circumstances improved. However, on multiple occasions when I called to book, I was informed that no appointments were available and asked to call back later. Eventually, an appointment was scheduled as a double slot for today, but we experienced a significant wait of over half an hour, which caused me to miss the second appointment. During this time, I received correspondence indicating that my medication would be discontinued if I did not make contact. I feel the practice needs to improve appointment availability and ensure their records are accurate. During today's visit, the clinician's manner felt dismissive when my brother, who I provide care for, accompanied me into the appointment. I was questioned about his presence despite him not being involved in the consultation. Following the appointment, I was instructed to call back in a week to arrange a blood test, which has left me feeling frustrated. Given these ongoing difficulties, I am seriously considering registering with a different practice.
