Booking mix-up left me waiting pointlessly

I had a frustrating experience at this clinic in Romford. When I called to arrange an in-person appointment, I attended only to discover that a phone consultation had been booked instead. After waiting 40 minutes and speaking with reception staff about the error, I was simply told that unfortunately these things do happen. The management response felt dismissive and unhelpful, and I felt the situation was not handled appropriately. I noticed that another patient who arrived with a child seemed to receive a booking within 30 minutes, whereas I had needed to make multiple calls just to clarify that my appointment had been arranged online rather than in person. I am very disappointed with the service I received, the attitude of staff, and the overall management of the clinic. I have decided to transfer my care elsewhere and would not recommend this practice to others based on my experience.
