Booking nightmare at beacon health group practice

Having been with the Beacon health group for almost two decades, securing an appointment has become increasingly challenging due to their cumbersome booking system. The strict time window requires form completion exactly at 7:45, and if you're even slightly late until 8:20, you're locked out and must wait until the next morning. Additionally, you might endure another three-day wait for a response from doctors or reception staff, who then might only refer you to a nurse or advanced practitioner, not an actual doctor. I've spent the past two months and nine days attempting to see a GP about my ear problem, and this prolonged waiting period has transformed into a significant concern that I hope they will address. The practice has grown so large that it has completely lost its connection with the local community. I'm seriously contemplating switching to another medical practice, with the sole factor preventing my immediate departure being the presence of some excellent doctors—though ironically, I haven't been able to consult any of them regarding my specific issue for nearly two and a half months.
