Booking Nightmare at My Local Clinic

The medical professionals are excellent, and the personnel are adequate, but they've recently implemented a new appointment booking system requiring form completion. This process consumed over 10 minutes, compared to the previous quick phone method that took less than 60 seconds. The most frustrating aspect is that after laboriously filling out the form at 8 in the morning, the earliest available appointment was three days later, rendering the entire effort nearly pointless.
