Booking nightmare at my longtime clinic

Their appointment booking process is an absolute nightmare that seems to get more complicated with each attempt. I went through their entire questionnaire, only to have the surgery call me while I missed their contact. They left a voicemail instructing me to call back, and when I did, they redirected me to another email link. Upon clicking that link, I discovered no appointments were even available - it's like being trapped in an endless bureaucratic maze, and all of this happened within just 10 minutes. The reception staff continue to be unhelpful and condescending during phone interactions, with an attitude that suggests they resent their own jobs. Despite having been a patient here since birth, I've reached my breaking point. The number of times I've abandoned trying to secure an appointment is frankly ridiculous, and I've decided it's no longer worth the frustration. I'll be switching to another medical practice where hopefully efficiency and basic customer service still exist.
