Booking nightmare since september

What happened to your once-excellent service? Not long ago, scheduling an appointment was swift, your reception staff were genuinely helpful and professional, and your doctors displayed compassion and empathy. Now, everything has drastically changed. Since September, I've been struggling to book an appointment, constantly being told I must call precisely at 8:30, which is impossible due to my work schedule. I submitted an appointment request a month ago, and no one has responded. When I attempted to call again, the phone line was so poor it sounded like someone was drilling inside the telephone cable. The receptionist was incredibly rude, threatening to hang up without ensuring I understood anything, and had the audacity to tell me to calm down when I tried to prevent her from disconnecting. Just imagine if I were experiencing a medical emergency... clearly, I'll be seeking care from another medical practice.
