Booking queues and dismissive reception staff disappointing

I'm really disappointed with how this GP practice has deteriorated over the years. The clinical staff have been fine, but the practice itself has become increasingly difficult to access. Calling at opening time means you're already far down the queue, and the reception experience feels rushed and impersonal, with little acknowledgment of why you're seeking help. The physical condition of the building has also noticeably declined—equipment that used to work properly is now broken, which means staff have to manually direct patients to their appointments instead. It's a significant change from what it used to be. I've been a patient here for a decade and it's been part of my healthcare journey, but the overall experience has shifted considerably, and I'm now considering looking elsewhere for my care.
