Booking system frustrating but consultation felt properly listened to

I remained uncertain about the timeframe required before becoming eligible for an appointment. After several days of attempting to arrange something, I eventually obtained a telephone consultation. The clinician demonstrated empathy and warmth throughout our conversation. They gave me their full attention while I explained my concerns, allowing me to speak without interruption. The clinician took time to explain my condition and the medication being recommended, and thoughtfully offered to arrange a face-to-face appointment to provide additional reassurance.
