Booking system makes appointments nearly impossible

The appointment booking process is frustrating. Getting through requires calling early in the morning at 8:30am just to secure a phone consultation within the following fortnight. This is impractical for those who are commuting to work or managing school drop-offs during that time. The system feels entirely dependent on chance and timing. It's understandable why emergency departments face such high demand. I haven't had the opportunity to form an opinion about the clinical staff themselves, as I've been unable to access appointments to see them.
