Dr Chana undoubtedly demonstrates exceptional medical expertise. However, the practice is significantly undermined by its administrative team. The reception staff display a notable lack of professionalism, appearing disinterested and unhelpful, with no genuine commitment to patient support. Another critical issue is the surgery's continued reliance on telephone consultations as the primary mode of patient interaction, making it challenging to secure appointments, whether remote or in-person. While I understand the practice has been experiencing ongoing pressures, there is an urgent need for greater transparency and proactive problem-solving to enhance patient care. A comprehensive overhaul is necessary, involving a thorough review of both staff performance and operational processes. The fundamental priority for any general practice should be delivering compassionate, accessible, and patient-centered care, which this surgery currently fails to achieve.
